I recycled, just like I do every day!
ReplyDeleteI unplugged appliances when not in use, like I always do. Does that count?
ReplyDeleteWash clothes in cold water whenever possible..85%
ReplyDeleteof the energy used to machine wash clothes goes to heating the water...:) Also use the Compact Fluorescent Lightbulbs they use less energy!!
Along the lines of laundry, I hang up my clothes to dry. Call me old fashioned, but hey, it saves energy!

I was able to eleminate 11 trips to the store, thus reducing my fuel consumption, and reducing my carbon foot print from emissions. ;)
I actually rode my bike to work in the frigid cold! I didn't want to, but I did. AND I rode it again today!

I'm not very green, except at work, so I'm not a part of this drawing. I just wanted to say again how unbelievably delicious Cafe Patachou is. I also heard the location in Broad Ripple (Petit Chou) is going to be opening for dinner soon too!

ReplyDeleteI drove my SUV with environmental plates, across town to recycle the large box that contained my new clean burning propane gas grill.
ReplyDeleteI reduce, reuse, and recycle as often as possible.
ReplyDeleteWe planted some trees! Now hopefully we can get them to grow. :-)
ReplyDeleteI recycle like no other. And, even though I hate the light they give off, I have switched to fluorescent bulbs.
ReplyDeleteOooh I love Patachou and I love saving the earth! I use reusable canvas bags when grocery shopping. I also buy locally whenever possible.
ReplyDeleteWe use reusable bottles for our filtered water instead of buying bottled water. It saves money and the environment!
