snowed in

This winter has been BRUTAL! What do you do when Grammy and Grandpa visit and you get snowed in??

Well, you take pictures in the snow.

You make cookies.

You have a tea party with Grandpa.

You also play on the iPad with Grandpa.

And you play in your room with the elephant Grammy made for you.

Archer and his nursery

Babies, babies everywhere!  I was so excited to learn that Ryan and Courtney were expecting their first child.  You may remember this fun couple from their amazing engagement session way back in 2009 (I know you remember the famous car photos) or their gorgeous Lafayette wedding with all of Courtney's DIY details.

When I met Archer for the first time, I was smitten.  He was so cute, so alert, and so well behaved for his photo session.  And his nursery was like something out of a magazine, of course, because Courtney is just fabulous like that.

One of my favorite shots ever.  Yes, ever.

Ruby

I was so excited to meet Ruby, daughter of Justin + Kristin, two of my favorite people to photograph.  You can check out their amazing wedding here, their gorgeous post-wedding session here, and Ruby's first appearance here

Ruby is the sweetest little thing!  Here are a few photos from her one month mini session:

Becca + Dane + baby Norah

I am so excited to share these images with you!  I have had the pleasure of photographing Becca and Dane more times than I can count and I am thrilled that they will be welcoming baby Norah in January!  For this session, we started off in downtown Zionsville and then headed to Traders Point Creamery at sunset.  Here are just a few of my favorites from the day.  Enjoy!!!

I can't wait to meet this sweet pea next year!  :)

Jenny + Ryan

Jenny and Ryan wanted some wedding pictures with their sweet dog, Ms. Gwen, but it just was not logistically possible to do that on their wedding day.  So, we scheduled a post-wedding session...yay!

I am starting things off with one of my favorite family portraits I have ever taken.  Seriously, this image belongs blown up on a big canvas in their living room!

Of course we had to get another shot with their muppets.  (I am sure you will see more of the muppets when I post their wedding blog!)

After taking some pictures with Ms. Gwen, we headed to Fountain Square for a few more fun shots.   I think Jenny looks like a J.Crew model with her red coat, don't you?

Love this adorable couple!

This session was a blast!  I can't wait to share more wedding photos with you!!!
