Love this light.

Love her.

Congratulations on your high school graduation, Marla!!! Have fun at Eastern! We love you and we are proud of you, little sister!

Lindsay and Ken

P.S. Thank you to all the men and women who serve and have served our country to preserve the freedom we have today -- including my brother, an active Marine, and my husband, a veteran Marine. Happy Memorial Day!

Natalie + Mike

Ken and I met up with Natalie and Mike in downtown Indy for a fun engagement session. Natalie warned us that Mike wasn't really "into" photos, but once we started photographing them, I told her she was wrong! He was so easygoing!!!

We started things off at the winery. I picked this location without even knowing Mike is a wine guy. Go me!

Ken caught this one. Can't you just feel the love?

This is one of my favorites of the day. I love the negative space.

I looooooove this one. Love love love it. I'm having some sort of love affair with semi trucks lately...

So sweet!

You all know I love trains!

Ken shot the next two.

This is another one of my favorites from the day.

Natalie and Mike, thank you for the incredible session. We can't wait to see you for your wedding in just a couple weeks!!!!!!

I found these dainty blooms while photographing Natalie and Mike -- does anyone know what they are? I'd love to plant some of my own!

Adam

Adam is a senior at Lebanon High School who was so much fun to photograph! He was game for anything and Ken and I had an awesome time shooting him in downtown Indianapolis.

Loved his smirk!

We found this amazing old semi in the ghetto. Love it! I want to bring a bride back to this location. Any takers?

I loooooove train tracks...there's no denying that!

I also love this tasty light.

Adam, we had a blast! Enjoy the last few days of your senior year!!!

Jessica + Steven

Jessica and Steven have remained true to each other since they were teenagers. When he left to join the Army, Jess was by his side, supporting him every step of the way. Their love grew tremendously while they were miles and miles apart. Even now, with Jess working in Indiana and Steven stationed in Tennessee, they don't get to see each other as often as most engaged couples. I knew this session would be special for that reason.

We started off at Butler University, where Jess went to school and where she and Steven spent time together taking walks in the gardens.

Jess, you look like a supermodel! I think these are my favorites from the day.

I hadn't done this shot in awhile!

Ken quietly caught the next two moments.

After Butler, we headed over to IMA. It was such a gorgeous day! I absolutely love this photo.

Spring is here! (Hopefully it will stay for awhile!)

So sweet.

We can't wait to see you guys again in July for your wedding!!!
