Holly + Bryan

Holly and Bryan were married on the hottest day so far this year, but you'd never know it from their photos.  They are such wonderful people and were so happy the entire day!  And, of course we loved being back at The Lahr in Lafayette!

I got to hang out with Holly and her kids at her house before the ceremony.  It was so special for Holly to spend that time with her daughters and son.  Not to mention, the window light in her bedroom was amazing!

Their gorgeous invitations are from David's Bridal.

Holly, you are one gorgeous mama!

Gabi doesn't look like her mom or anything.

What we have here is a professional flower girl.  She informed me that this was her 7th wedding.  Anyone need a flower girl?  I don't know her rates but she takes her job very seriously!

This is a handkerchief that belonged to Holly's great grandfather and her great grandmother's ring that Holly's mom gave to her right before the wedding.

Holly helped her son, Jordan, get ready.  Really adore this moment and the soft window light.

Meanwhile, Bryan's children helped him get ready.

Holly and Bryan and their families created all the beautiful floral arrangements.

Holly's son walked her down the aisle.  His expression and body language say everything...

Ken's view:

Love this shot of Holly and Bryan with their five children.

Did I mention how gorgeous you are, Holly?!

Bryan, you are not so bad yourself!

Absolutely adore this series!

Definitely a favorite.

Their cake was beautiful and delicious...and it came from Wal-Mart!

First dance...so sweet!

Told you she was a pro!

Get it, Grandpa!

The guys took a little break from the reception to enjoy some celebratory cigars.

Holly and Bryan, we wish you a lifetime of love, laughter, and happiness.  Thank you so much for letting us be part of your wonderful day!!!

just a few snapshots

I thought I would share a few snapshots from our visit to Traders Point Creamery this afternoon.  I didn't worry about what Wyatt was wearing or brushing his crazy hair (I know, I know, he needs another haircut)...I just followed him around with my camera and snapped a few pictures.  The only reason I even brought the big camera was because my iPhone is out of memory!  (Gotta do some downloading soon...haha.)

Wyatt is just shy of 20 months and was completely fascinated with the cows and chickens.  (He loves our garden, too.  Maybe he would like to live on a farm?!)

He was calling and chasing the chickens here.
