Stephanie + Nick

Stephanie and Nick are so great together and I have really enjoyed becoming friends with them over the past year. With her gorgeous smile, infectious laugh, and 72-page wedding itinerary (I kid, I kid), she is a girl after my own heart. Nick is calm, cool, and collected, and I love that about him.

The wedding party got ready at The Sheraton in downtown Indianapolis. I'm such a fan of getting ready photos...especially when there is fabulous window light! The talented Stacey Mayo provided the makeup and did a great job, as always.

I love this moment.

While I was in with the girls, Ken was shooting the guys. (They had a kick ass suite, by the way.)

Steph was soooooo excited to show me the sweet shoes she found at Nordstrom. I don't blame her -- I love them!

Our Backyard Flowers did an AMAZING job with the bouquets.

Steph, you are a gorgeous bride.

Love this!

I'm such a fan of casual portraits.

This is one of my favorite moments from the day...and Steph told me that she doesn't even remember it. Love.

I'm pretty sure this little moment can't be topped.

The next two would look awesome in an album together. Love that laugh!

One of my favorites.

This photo makes my heart skip a beat.

Hi, ladies!

Another favorite.

I love everything about this photo!

Another moment I'll never forget.

I'm really sorry I was all up in your faces for this shot, but I think it was worth it. The Rathskeller really is a beautiful venue for a wedding.

What a classic beauty!

Holy Cow Cupcakes! made these delicious treats. Cupcakes make me a happy girl..and well, you all know how much Ken loves his cupcakes. And cookies. And cake. So if anyone wants to send us some cupcakes, we certainly won't complain!

Their table numbers/names were all members of the Boston Celtics. How fun!

And they danced happily ever after...

Steph and Nick, thank you so much for sharing your day with Ken and me. It was so much fun and everything was just perfect -- from the delicious pretzels and beer cheese to the guys playing pranks on Ken to the incredble green and brown details. I could go on and on. You guys are amazing. We wish you a lifetime of love and laughter!!!

Christina + Jake

It has been really wonderful getting to know Christina and Jake over the past year or so. They are 100% authentic people with passion for each other. Each is the other's biggest supporter, best friend, confidant. It was a joy for Ken and me to take part in their special day.

When we showed up to their church and saw Christina's incredible shoes, we knew it was going to be a great day. (And she wore them all the way through the reception!)

One word: gorgeous.

Shana Schutt Floral Design
provided all the flowers for the event. She did a great job! Christina's bouquet was filled with elegant calla lilies.

I absolutely loved the bouquets for the bridesmaids!

Hello, beautiful bride!

Can't forget the handsome groom!

The first time Jake saw Christina that day...

Love.

After the ceremony, we headed outside the church for a few nautral light photos just before the sun set. These next few are my favorites from the day.

Gosh I love that laugh!

Guys will be guys!

I thought the purple was just perfect for their day.

I had to snatch the flower girl for a few shots by herself since she was so stinkin' cute.

What did I tell you? She was taking pictures all day long with that Polaroid of hers.

Timeless.

They used this for their thank you cards. How fun!

The toasts are one of my favorite parts of the day -- laughter and tears and funny stories and more tears. Maybe I should blog more toasts!

You two are so perfect for each other!!!

Sweet dance moves, Jake.

PBJ Professional DJs kept the dance floor packed all night. I have worked with them for a ton of weddings and they are always fabulous!

Christina and Jake, thank you so much for having Ken and me be part of your wedding day. We had so much fun!!! We wish you a lifetime of love and happiness!!!
